Mookaite is a Jasper found in the Kennedy Ranges of Western Australia near Mooka Creek. The Indigenous term 'Mooka' means "running waters" and refers to the numerous springs that feed into this area. Mookaite is a type of Jasper, which is a microcrystalline quartz. It is also a biogenic sedimentary rock made up of the endoskeletons of radiolaria. Mookaite grounds your mind, heart, and soul down to a planetary level and helps one truly live in the moment.
