Dynalap Discs

• A ultra fine uniform coated abrasive product bonded to a thin layer of polyester plastic disc for use in the lapping and polishing of cabs or facet stones.
• The disc is held to the master lap by water, as these discs do not have a PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) backing.

How many Dynalap Discs is in each pack

• Each packet of dynalap discs has five discs per packet.

What size is the arbor hole?

• The dynalap discs have a 1/2" (1.27cm) arbor hole.

Can they be run at high speed?

• Yes, they can be run at high speeds.

Do I have to run the dynalap discs wet or dry?

• They can be used wet or dry and is impervious to most solvents.

Do I need to use something with the dynalap discs when using it?

• Yes, you do. You have to use the master lap if you are wanting to use the dynalap discs.
• Master laps can be purchased separately through our website.

What options are available?

• Spectra - Blue 6" - Cerium Oxide 1.5um - 99% blue
• Cerium - Brown 6" - Cerium Oxide 1.5um - 45% samon
• Chrome - Green 6" - Chrome Oxide 0.5um
• Aluminum - White 6" - 3 micron 0.3um
